Hey Pretty! Be Even Prettier With Experts Tips [Dos and Don’ts For Glowing Skin]

Fascination towards radiant look convinces everyone to buy new sunscreen, face wash, anti-aging cream and other skin care products that arrive in the market. Even after failed results, the desire to try new products doesn’t fade. However, getting the beloved results isn’t possible overnight.

Though there ain’t any product that solves the purpose right after one or two application, certain beauty tips help the expected way. This post has skin care tips by the experts to prevent blemishes and improve the natural beauty. Whether you are someone who can manage taking out some time or someone who is always on toes, these tips are easy to follow for both.

The 10 Dos and Don’ts

1. Golden Rule

Remove makeup before hugging your bed and shutting eyes, as your skin has all the right to breathe when you are asleep. Sleeping with makeup clogs the pores which results in blackheads and blemishes. Forget the importance of exfoliation. Exfoliate your skin to remove dead skin and get a healthy glow as well as brighter skin.

2. Sun

Wear sunscreen with at least 15 SPF to block UVA and UVB rays. This is important to stay at bay from age spots, wrinkles, pigmentation and more. Underestimate sunscreen no matter weather outside is cold, sunny or cloudy. If going to a place that has snow or ice or heading to a beach, put sunscreen that has at least 30 SPF.

3. Eatables

Eat proteins, vitamins and fresh fruits & vegetables. Radiant skin begins with diet loaded with vitamin and low in sugar & fats. Eat fermented & spicy foods, fried food, citrus fruits and salt. Swap these with oatmeal, rice and applesauce.

4. Sweat

Exercise every day! Yoga, running and jogging facilitate blood circulation and enhance cleansing process of the body. Workout promotes glow on the face. Forget caring for your skin both before and after workout sessions. Before beginning, minimize oil production with application of a toner. After the session, exfoliate and apply either olive oil or shea butter.

5. Sleep

Assure sleeping for 8 hours every single night. Not sleeping for adequate hours causes sagging of skin. Skip using cleansers that are mild plus alcohol free. Use moisturizer and avoid hot water because it dries the skin in worst ways.

6. Water

Drink lots & lots of water, regularly. Consume fruits and veggies rich in water, such as, orange, watermelon, grapefruit, cucumber, cantaloupe, etc. Challenge rose water. It has properties to prevent and decrease puffiness around eyes in the morning. By maintaining the pH balance, rose water hydrates the skin.

7. Forget Acne

Wash face with warm water and gently massage in circular motions with cleanser that has beta hydroxyl acid or alpha hydroxyl acid. Natural face packs work amazing. Upon cleansing, apply a lotion that has benzoyl peroxide. Scratch or rub the skin if you feel a pimple is approaching. Clean the area with rose water and place a chilled green tea for about 10-12 minutes. For those who wear sunglasses or regular glasses, it is necessary to clean them frequently to avoid oil from clogging the pores around nose and eyes.

8. Trust Nature & Herbs

Scrubs that have herbs nourish the skin like nothing else. Also, they help the skin to breathe. Miss breathing right, as it will keep away from pimples and spots. Also, breathing right promotes balance between mind, body and emotions.

9. Spa

Follow a regular skin care routine. Dry skin does well with cherry mask applied before going to bed. Keep it for 15 minutes and wash the face using lukewarm water. Skip finding the best facial oil for massage. Coconut, almond and mustard oil are excellent nourishing sources.

10. Healthy Habits

Avoid stress as much as you can, as anxiety results in break out more than usual. Reason behind is production of cortisol and other hormones, which make the skin oily. Involve yourself in yoga, breathing exercise and meditation for a shining appearance. Avoid facial and jawline muscles. Perform some facial exercises for at least 5 minutes a day. Jut out the lower lip to create wrinkles on the chin; lower the chin to the chest. Another technique is looking up towards the ceiling and making a pout. This will stretch out the muscles and make the skin firm.

These tips will never disappoint you, provided you adhere to them religiously. Keep all other efforts aside and implement these in your daily regime only to never see the consequences of anti aging and dull look. Don’t wait, start today!
